About Me
I’m Andy Riordan, an independent iOS developer, singer, and gong fu tea enthusiast in Phoenix, Arizona. Chemistree Apps is my consultancy, where I build apps with a simple aim: make them useful, feel right, and easy to improve.
I enjoy exploring a different world with each project, understanding what people need and how software can help. I care about the interaction that saves an extra tap, the layout that makes the next step obvious, and the code that others will maintain years later. Working with me means direct conversations, honest advice, and personal attention to your project.
Music is a substantial part of my life. I’m a bass-baritone with more than a decade of professional vocal training. I still study and perform. My repertoire ranges from musical theater to cinematic ballads and rock. There’s always a song I’m working on.
